| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются возможности и формы деятельности по производству знаний для решения комплексных и локальных проблем развития городской среды в креативных кластерах и технопарках, выполняющих роль «инкубаторов инноваций» в современных городах. На основе понятия когнитивного «ландшафта знаний» города выявляется значимость проектов-стартапов как одного из основных ресурсов развития экономики в условиях, предполагающих взаимовыгодное сотрудничество бизнес-сообщества с представителями «креативного класса» и городских властей, что должно способствовать модернизации инфраструктуры, созданию высокотехнологичных рабочих мест, увеличению занятости на уровне города и региона |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the possibilities and forms of activity for the production of knowledge for solving complex and local problems of the development of the urban environment in creative clusters and technology parks that play the role of "incubators of innovations" in modern cities. Based on the concept of the cognitive “knowledge landscape” of the city, the importance of start-up projects as one of the main resources for economic development in conditions involving mutually beneficial cooperation of the business community with representatives of the “creative class” and city authorities is revealed, which should contribute to the modernization of infrastructure, the creation of high-tech jobs, increasing employment at the city and regional levels |
