| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается юридическая клиника как нештатное структурное подразделение юридического факультета БГУ и как фактор повышения практикоориентированного юридического образования, погружения в профессию юриста уже во время обучения. В статье освещается организационная деятельность юридической клиники как специфического института в юридическом образовании. Рассматриваются исторические, теоретические основы создания и функционирования клиники, определена ее роль в национальной правовой системе. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers the legal clinic as a non-staff structural unit of the Law Faculty of BSU and as a factor of increasing practice-oriented legal education, immersion into the legal profession during the training. The article highlights the organizational activities of the legal clinic as a specific institution in legal education. The historical and theoretical bases of establishment and functioning of the clinic are considered, its role in the national legal system is defined. |
