| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается проблема осмысления белорусской проблемати- ки в русской общественной мысли второй половины XIX в. В развитии «белорус- ского вопроса» в этот период можно выделить три основных этапа, каждый из которых был связан как с общими политическими, социально-экономическими и культурными особенностями развития края и белорусского национального движения, так и с интеллектуальной реакцией представителей русской обще- ственности на эти взаимосвязанные процессы. Отмечается, что актуализа- ция белорусской проблематики в контексте спора о статусе западных губерний Российской империи началась еще во второй половине 1850-х гг. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the problem of comprehending Belarusian problems in Russian social thought in the second half of the 19th century. In the development of the «Belarusian issue» during this period, three main stages can be distinguished, each of which was associated both with the general political, socio-economic and cultural features of the development of the region and the Belarusian national movement, and with the intellectual reaction of representatives of the Russian public to these interrelated processes. It is noted that the actualization of the Belarusian problems in the context of the dispute over the status of the Western provinces of the Russian Empire began in the second half of the 1850s. |
