| Abstract: | Изменения в системе образования на белорусских землях на протяжении XIX в. были обусловлены противоречиями между целями местных элит и цен- трального правительства. Система образования выполняла важные функции социализации и трансляции идей молодому поколению, воспроизводства элит. В этой связи контроль со стороны правительства системы образования яв- ляется важным фактором формирования лояльного отношения к империи и ее институтам. В статье рассматриваются некоторые проекты в сфере образо- вания, направленные на установление контроля за системой образования, ана- лизируются условия их реализации. Дается оценка эффективности и результа- тивности реализации образовательных проектов на протяжении XIX в |
| Abstract (in another language): | Changes in the education system on Belarusian lands during the 19th century were due to contradictions between the goals of local elites and the central government. The education system performed important functions of socialization and transmission of ideas to the younger generation, reproduction of elites. In this regard, government control of the education system is an important factor in the formation of loyalty to the empire and its institutions. The article discusses some projects in the field of education aimed at establishing control over the education system, analyzes the conditions for their implementation. The article assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of educational projects during the XIX century. |
