| Abstract: | В газете «Наша Нива» регулярно поднималась и обсуждалась проблема правонарушений на территории Беларуси. В том числе рассматривались та- кие вопросы, как нелегальная эмиграция, противоправные действия полиции, проституция, убийства новорожденных, уход за детьми и их воспитание. Отдельно в газете выделялась проблема сельской преступности – так называ- емого хулиганства. Широкое распространение правонарушений было обусловле- но целым рядом социально-экономических, культурных, национальных и других причин, таких как пьянство, так называемая темнота народа, негативное влияние города на деревню и т. д. Свои задачи «Наша Нива» видела в культурно- просветительской и воспитательной деятельности по борьбе с правонаруше- ниями. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The newspaper «Nasha Niva» raised and discussed regularly the problem of offenses on the territory of Belarus. Such issues as illegal emigration, illegal actions of the police, prostitution, murder of newborns, child care and upbringing of children were considered, the problem of rural crime was separately highlighted in the newspaper, which is called hooliganism. The widespread occurrence of delinquency was due to a variety of socioeconomic, cultural, national and other reasons, such as alcohol abuse, so called «darkness of people», the negative influence of the city on the countryside, etc. The goals of Nasha Niva were cultural and educational activities to fight against offenses and enlightenment of people. |
