| Abstract: | Анализируются события, ознаменовавшие начало обновленческого движения в православной церкви Беларуси и России после Октябрьской революции. Подчеркивается антицерковная направленность обновленчества, намерение создать новую церковную организацию, лояльную к советской власти. При этом отмечается, что отсутствие твердой идейной основы и отдаленность программы церковных реформ от реальной церковной жизни привели к раздроблению и угасанию обновленческого движения. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article outlines and analyzes the events marking the beginning of The Renovationist movement in the Orthodox Church of Belarus and Russia after the October Revolution. The author emphasizes antichurch orientation Renovationism, the intention to create a new church organization, loyal to the Soviet regime. It is noted that the lack of a solid ideological basis and the remoteness of the program of the church reforms from the real life of the Church led to the fragmentation and gradual extinction Renovationist movement in the period under review. |
