| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается адаптационный потенциал Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС) и Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС) как ключевых элементов системы международного сотрудничества в Евразии, которая направлена на обеспечение благоприятной для устойчивого развития международной обстановки. Фундаментом для объединения стран с различными политическими системами, традициями и ценностями выступают сферы безопасности и торгово-экономические отношения. На развитие интеграционных процессов в Большой Евразии оказывают существенное влияние общие вызовы безопасности для входящих в регион государств. Существенным фактором для поиска международными организациями новых стратегий развития выступает реакция на обстановку и процессы, происходящие в странах – участницах и соседних регионах. COVID-19 внес существенный диссонанс в существующие торгово-экономические связи, оказывает прямое влияние на состояние мира и стабильности, методы и механизмы межгосударственной коммуникации в Большой Евразии. В условиях мирового экономического спада государствам выгодна межрегиональная экономическая кооперация и взаимодействие посредством выстраивания транснациональных логистических коридоров, в том числе на пространстве ЕАЭС и ШОС. Поддержание в евразийском регионе доверительных межгосударственных отношений на основе реализации инфраструктурных проектов, трансформации экономических систем и развития каналов гуманитарной помощи способно преодолеть современные вызовы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the adaptive potential of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) as the key elements of the system of international cooperation in Eurasia, which aimed at ensuring a favorable international environment for the sustainable development. The main basis for the unification of countries with different political systems, traditions and values are the security sphere, so as trade and economic relations. The development of the integration processes in Greater Eurasia is significantly influenced by the common security challenges for the states of the region. A important factor in the process of searching by international organizations for the new development strategies is the reaction to the situation and the processes, which are taking place in the countries in this region and among their neighbors. The rapprochement of Belarus with the SCO is connected with the key stages of the formation of the security architecture and the system of trade and economic cooperation of the entire Eurasian continent. COVID-19 has made a significant dissonance in the existing trade and economic relations, including a direct impact on the state of peace and stability, methods and mechanisms of interstate communication in Greater Eurasia. In the context of the global economic downturn, its states would benefit from interregional economic cooperation and interaction through the construction of transnational logistics corridors, including in the EAEU and SCO space. Maintaining trust-based interstate relations in the Eurasian region through the implementation of infrastructure projects, the transformation of economic systems and the development of humanitarian aid channels can overcome modern challenges |
