| Abstract: | В условиях продвижения к постиндустриальному обществу и внедрения подходов, характерных для «Индустрии 4.0», ОАЭ продолжают развитие первоклассной системы высшего образования, которая удовлетворяет растущие потребности страны в высококвалифицированных кадрах и научных разработках, а также стимулирует предпринимательскую активность в наукоемких отраслях. В статье представлены особенности государственной политики, направленной на развитие системы высшего образования в ОАЭ. На основе анализа сотрудничества Республики Беларусь и ОАЭ в сфере образования и науки выделены основные его тенденции и сформулированы перспективы развития |
| Abstract (in another language): | With the advancement towards a post-industrial society and the introduction of Industry 4.0 approaches, the UAE continues to develop a first-class higher education system that meets the country’s growing needs for highly skilled personnel and research, as well as stimulates entrepreneurial activity in knowledge-intensive industries. The article presents features of the state policy aimed at the development of the higher education system in the UAE. Based on the analysis of the cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the UAE in education and science, its main trends have been highlighted and development prospects have been formulated |
