| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены некоторые технологии, которые способствуют снижению запасов в цепях поставок. В частности, проанализированы: CPFR (collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment), S&OP (sales and operations planning), VMI (Vendor – Managed Inventory), «отсроченное производство». По результатам проведенного анализа сделан вывод о преимуществах внедрения данных технологий в деятельность цепи, а также отмечено за счет чего происходит их достижение |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses some of the technologies that help reduce inventory in supply chains. In particular, they analyzed: CPFR (collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment), S&OP (sales and operations planning), VMI (Vendor – Managed Inventory), «deferred production». Based on the results of the analysis, a conclusion was made about the advantages of introducing these technologies into the activities of the chain, and it was also noted how they are achieved |
