| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается молодежь как участник социальных инноваций. Выделяются причины стремления и более высокой готовности молодых к инновациям в сравнении с другими возрастными группами. Отмечается неравномерность проявления новых тенденций в социальном поведении молодых людей в разных сферах, особое значение приобретает сфера коммуникаций. На основе эмпирических данных показано участие молодежи в информационно-коммуникационных процессах через использование инноваций в оказании услуг населению. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers youth as an agent of social innovation. The reasons for the desire and higher readiness of young people to innovate in comparison with other age groups are examined. The unevenness of the manifestation of new trends in the social behavior of young people in different spheres is noted, the sphere of communications is of particular importance. Based on empirical data, the participation of youth in information and communication processes through the use of innovations in the provision of services to people is shown. |
