| Abstract: | Исследуется проблема оценки экономического эффекта при формировании цифрового пространства ЕАЭС. Отмечены различия в подходе к оценке развития цифровых экономик в странах-участницах ЕАЭС, необходимость унификации статистических показателей в этой области. Выделены некоторые показатели, имеющие значение для оценки экономического эффекта от развития цифровой экономики. Подчёркнута необходимость ставить конкретные целевые показатели при реализации цифровых проектов в ЕАЭС. Предложено оценивать достижения стран участниц ЕАЭС в развитии цифровых экономик через мировые рейтинги, используя различные индексы, отражающие цифровую трансформацию экономики |
| Abstract (in another language): | The problem of assessing the economic effect in the formation of the digital space of EAEU is researched. Differences in the approach to the assessment of the development of digital economies in the EAEU member states and the need to unify statistical indicators in this area are noted. Some indicators that are important for assessing the economic effect of the development of the digital economy are highlighted. The need to set specific targets for the implementation of digital projects in EAEU is emphasized. It is proposed to evaluate the achievements of the EAEU member states in the development of digital economies through world rankings, using various indices reflecting the digital transformation of the economy |
