dc.description.abstract	В статье проанализированы основные подходы, применяемые в зарубежных юрисдикциях к правовому регулированию фактических брачных отношений в форме сожительств «де-факто» в сфере рождения и воспитания детей, а также правовые последствия сожительства «де-факто» в социальной сфере. Сделан вывод об отсутствии единообразия в правовом регулировании данных отношений применительно к сожителям «де-факто» в зарубежных странах, а также отсутствии широкой тенденции наделения сожителей «де-факто» правомочиями в вышеназванных сферах

dc.description.alternative	The article analyzes the main approaches used in foreign jurisdictions to the legal regulation of actual marriage relations in the form of “de facto” cohabitation in the field of childbirth and upbringing, as well as the legal consequences of “de facto” cohabitation in the social sphere. It is concluded that there is no uniformity in the legal regulation of these relations with respect to “de facto” cohabitants in foreign countries, as well as the absence of a broad tendency to endow “de facto” cohabitants with powers in the above areas
