| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрено взаимодействие верхних палат парламентов Беларуси и России по организации и проведении Форума регионов двух стран в 2020 г. Автор отмечает, что отличительной чертой проведенных мероприятий в рамках Форума регионов стала тема Победы в Великой Отечественной войне, ориентация на межпарламентское сотрудничество, поддержка эффективных отношений между регионами, опора на широкий спектр гуманитарного взаимодействия, реализация конкретных экономических проектов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the cooperation between the upper chambers of the Belarusian and Russian parliaments on the organization and holding of the Forum of the Regions of the two states in 2020. The author notes that the main features of the events held in 2020 within the framework of the Forum of Regions were the following: the theme of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, commitments to the inter-parliamentary cooperation, maintenance of the effective relations between the regions, highlighting of a wide range of humanitarian cooperation and specific economic projects’ implementation |
