| Abstract: | Одним из приоритетных направлений совместной деятельности Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации, осуществляемой в рамках Комитета Союзного государства по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу загрязнения природной среды, является нормативно-организационное и научно-методическое обеспечение развития единой гидрометеорологической службы Союзного государства. Это требует развития и гармонизации единой методической базы деятельности Союзного государства в области гидрометеорологии и мониторинга загрязнения природной среды. В связи с этим актуализация электронного фонда, включающего организационно-распорядительные, нормативные правовые и научно-методические документы, необходима для успешной деятельности гидрометеорологических служб Беларуси и России. Для решения этих задач Белгидромет формирует и актуализирует электронную базу данного фонда в части наполнения документами, регламентирующими гидрометеорологическую деятельность в Республике Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | One of the priority areas of joint activities of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, carried out within the framework of the Union State Committee on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of Environmental Pollution, is the regulatory, organizational and scientific and methodological support for the development of the unified hydrometeorological service of the Union State. This requires the development and harmonization of a unified methodological framework for the Union State's activities in the field of hydrometeorology and monitoring of environmental pollution. In this regard, the updating of the electronic fund, including organizational and administrative, regulatory, legal and scientific and methodological documents, is necessary for the successful operation of the hydrometeorological services of Belarus and Russia. To solve these problems, Belhydromet forms and updates the electronic base of this fund in terms of filling it with documents regulating hydrometeorological activities in the Republic of Belarus |
