dc.description.abstract	В статье представлены результаты эконометрического моделирования по панельным данным зависимости развития среднего профессионального образования в федеральных округах Российской Федерации от уровня их экономического развития за 2000–2018 годы. На основе предложенного авторами перечня эндогенных и экзогенных переменных оценены линейные регрессионные модели с фиксированными эффектами, со случайными эффектами и объединенная модель. По результатам проведенного анализа сделан вывод, что территориальное размещение не оказывало существенного влияния на прием и выпуск специалистов среднего звена в рассматриваемом периоде. Вместе с тем выявлено статистически значимое влияние показателей экономического развития федеральных округов на сферу развития среднего профессионального образования в пространственно-временном разрезе

dc.description.alternative	The article presents the results of econometric modeling based on panel data of the dependence of the development of secondary vocational education in the federal districts of the Russian Federation on the level of their economic development in 2000–2018. On the basis of the list of endogenous and exogenous variables proposed by the authors, linear regression models with fixed effects, with random effects, and a combined model were evaluated. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the territorial distribution did not have a significant impact on the admission and release of mid-level specialists in the period under review. At the same time, a statistically significant influence of indicators of economic development of federal districts on the development of secondary vocational education in the space-time aspect was revealed
