| Abstract: | В статье исследуются и выявляются существующие и потенциальные проблемы, возникающие в условиях цифровизации и улучшения бизнес-среды. Выработаны предложения по дальнейшему обсуждению проблем определения основных принципов, методов и пределов правового регулирования. Основной целью должно стать формирование среды, позволяющей регулировать развитие технологий искусственного интеллекта с учетом надлежащего обеспечения безопасности и защиты отдельных прав и интересов, связанных с развитием инноваций на благо всего общества |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines and identifies the existing and potential problems arising in the context of digitalization and improving the business environment. Proposals have been developed for further discussion of the problems of determining the basic principles, methods and limits of legal regulation. The main goal should be to create an environment that allows regulating the development of artificial intelligence technologies, taking into account the proper security and protection of individual rights and interests associated with the development of innovations for the benefit of the whole society |
