| Abstract: | С выходом виртуальных банков и IT-компаний на рынок цифровых финансовых сервисов конкуренция на нем усиливается. Существующим банкам приходится искать новые пути быстрого привлечения и удержания клиентов. Сейчас малый бизнес недостаточно охвачен качественными банковскими услугами и IT-компании уже захватывают этот сегмент банковского рынка. У банков перед ними есть два ключевых преимущества – клиентская база и доступ к огромному массиву транзакционных данных, которые проливают свет на многие аспекты поведения и деятельности бизнес-клиентов. В этих условиях конкуренции с IT-компаниями за сегмент малого бизнеса в части создания экосистемы или участие в ней – способ повысить сокращающуюся прибыль |
| Abstract (in another language): | With the entry of virtual banks and IT companies into the digital financial services market, competition is increasing. Existing banks have to find new ways to quickly attract and retain customers. Currently, small businesses are not sufficiently covered by high-quality banking services, and IT companies are already taking over this segment of the banking market. Banks have two key advantages over them – a customer base and access to a huge array of transactional data that sheds light on many aspects of the behavior and activities of business customers. In these conditions, competition with IT companies for the small business segment in terms of creating an ecosystem or participating in it is a way to increase declining profits |
