| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию мирового опыта оценки эффективности корпоративного управления. Изучена специфика ее проведения на современном этапе развития экономики. Определена роль рейтинговых агентств в осуществлении данного процесса. Рассмотрена деятельность наиболее известных международных и национальных рейтинговых агентств. Выявлены преимущества и недостатки проводимой ими оценки, а также значимость полученных результатов в обеспечении дальнейшего повышения эффективности корпоративного управления |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of world experience in assessing the effectiveness of corporate governance. The specificity of its implementation at the present stage of economic development has been studied. The role of rating agencies in the implementation of this process has been determined. The activity of the most famous international and national rating agencies is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the assessment carried out by them, as well as the significance of the results obtained in ensuring a further increase in the efficiency of corporate governance, are revealed |
