| Abstract (in another language): | The article provides the definition of financial instruments, considers the aspect of using financial instruments in managing the capital of an organization, provides a list of the main business models for the formation and use of capital using financial instruments, lists groups of business goals. The author's pyramidal model of the formation and use of the organization's capital with the help of financial instruments is also proposed, which allows to achieve various business goals of the organization's activities |
