| Abstract: | Участвуя в глобализационных процессах, страны прилагают усилия к получению от этого определенных преимуществ, одним из которых является повышение уровня доверия к стране. В целях достижения желаемого эффекта правительства используют т. н. концепцию «мягкой силы». Для осуществления реальной оценки эффективности такого инструмента традиционно используется индикаторный подход, однако в большинство рейтингов, имеющих отношение к оценке мягкой силы, Беларусь пока не входит. Расчеты Индекса мягкой силы согласно методологии Московской школы управления «Сколково» и компании «Эрнст энд Янг» позволяют устранить этот пробел |
| Abstract (in another language): | By participating in globalization processes, countries are making efforts to obtain certain benefits from this, one of which is to increase the level of confidence in the country. In order to achieve the desired effect, governments use the so-called concept of «soft power». To carry out a real assessment of the effectiveness of such a tool, an indicator approach is traditionally used, however, Belarus is not yet included in the majority of ratings related to assessing soft power. Calculations of the Soft Power Index according to the methodology of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo and Ernst & Young allow us to fill this gap |
