| Abstract: | Рассматриваются основные разновидности реагирования общества на кризисные явления (аномические, конфликтные, модернизационные). Характеризуется поведение различных категорий населения, а также их направленность и приоритеты. Отмечается, что для населения Беларуси наиболее характерно взвешенное поведение, ориентированное на совершенствование и модернизацию средств и подходов социально-экономического развития. Акцентируется внимание на необходимости активного изучения происходящих в обществе процессов и своевременное информирование органов власти для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The main types of society’s response to crisis phenomena (anomalous, conflict, modernisation) are considered. It characterises the behaviour of different categories of the population, their orientation and priorities. It is noted that the population of Belarus is most characterised by balanced behaviour, oriented to the future through improvement and modernisation of funds and approaches of socio-economic development. It emphasises the need to actively study the processes taking place in society and the timely information of the authorities to make informed management decisions. |
