| Abstract: | На примере полоцкой районной газеты рассматриваются особенности освещения вопросов культуры. Отмечаются принципиальная ориентированность на освещение деятельности местных учреждений культуры и тенденция к увеличению публикаций, отражающих праздничное, фестивальное, движение. Автор статьи также рассуждает о терминологических противоречиях в исследованиях региональной журналистики, посвященной темам культуры, которые касаются разделения понятий «культура» и «художественная культура» и исторической трансформации социокультурного процесса от «массовой культуры» к культуре «информационного общества» |
| Abstract (in another language): | On the example of the Polotsk regional newspaper, the author examines the features of coverage of cultural issues. There is a fundamental focus on the coverage of the activities of local cultural institutions and the trend towards an increase in publications reflecting a festival movement. The author of the article also discusses terminological contradictions in the research of regional journalism dedicated to the themes of culture. The contradictions relate to the distinction of the concepts «culture» and «artistic culture» and the historical transformation of the socio-cultural process from «mass culture» to the culture of the «information society» |
