| Abstract: | Необходимость внедрения природопользователями наилучших доступных технических методов определена в законодательстве Республики Беларусь. В статье представлена общая информация о наилучших доступных технических методах (НДТМ) и предпосылках их внедрения в Республике Беларусь. Проанализированы тенденции поступления загрязняющих веществ в составе сточных вод в поверхностные водные объекты страны в разрезе основных загрязняющих веществ и видов экономической деятельности предприятий, осуществляющих сброс основной массы загрязняющих веществ. Определены приоритетные факторы при выборе технологии очистки сточных вод и способа (метода) очистки в рамках выбранной технологии. Проведен анализ наличия в национальных справочных руководствах по НДТМ методов, позволяющих сократить массу загрязняющих веществ в составе сточных вод, и объем образования сточных вод. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The necessity of the implementation of the Best available Techniques by nature users determined In the environmental legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The article provides general information on the best available techniques (BAT) and the reasons for their implementation in the Republic of Belarus. Trends in the flow of pollutants as part of waste water into surface water bodies of the country have been analyzed in the context of the main pollutants and types of economic activities of enterprises that discharge the pollutants. Priority factors have been determined when choosing a wastewater treatment technology and a treatment method within the framework of the selected technology. |
