| Abstract: | Развитие цифровой экономики, основанной на использовании новейших информационных технологий, анализе большого объема данных, изменяет понимание и сущность экономической безопасности государства, частных лиц, бизнеса, что порождает угрозы и риски для всех участников экономических процессов. Цифровые платформы упрощают осуществление огромного количества операций, формирование сетей связей и обмен информацией. Однако, невзирая на бурное развитие технологий информационной и правовой защиты технических систем, атаки на них будут снова и снова, что в результате приведет к необратимым последствиям. Целью данной статьи является описание проблем, которые порождает цифровая экономика. Научная новизна данной работы заключается в том, чтобы провести анализ цифровизации экономики Республики Беларусь, определить приоритеты развития информационной безопасности, предложить направления и перспективы её совершенствования |
| Abstract (in another language): | The development of the digital economy, based on the use of the latest information technologies, the analysis of a large amount of data, changes the understanding and essence of the economic security of the state, individuals, and businesses, which creates threats and risks for all participants in economic processes. Digital platforms simplify the implementation of a huge number of operations, the formation of networks of connections and the exchange of information. However, despite the rapid development of technologies for information and legal protection of technical systems, attacks on them will continue again and again, which will lead to irreversible consequences. The purpose of this article is to describe the problems that the digital economy generates. The scientific novelty of this work is to analyze the digitalization of the economy of the Republic of Belarus, to determine the priorities for the development of information security, to offer directions and prospects for its improvement |
