| Abstract: | Цифровая трансформация экономики оказывает влияние на многие сферы нашей жизни, в том числе и на интеллектуальную деятельность. В статье рассматриваются изменения в системе интеллектуальной собственности, вызванные развитием интернета, электронной коммерции, ростом объёма данных, появлением искусственного интеллекта. Эти факторы способствуют расширению и развитию рынка интеллектуальной собственности, появлению новых механизмов защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности, а также стимулируют инновационную и творческую деятельность. Однако использование цифровых технологий вызывает некоторые проблемы, связанные с охраной интеллектуальной собственности. Целью исследования является выявление недостатков классической системы интеллектуальной собственности, определение направления работы по её усовершенствованию. Результаты исследования могут быть применены в процессе разработки и изменения политики в области интеллектуальной собственности для устранения выявленных недостатков |
| Abstract (in another language): | The digital transformation of the economy has an impact on many areas of our life, including intellectual activity. The article examines the changes in the intellectual property system caused by the development of the Internet, e-commerce, the growth of data, the emergence of artificial intelligence. These factors contribute to the expansion and development of the intellectual property market, the emergence of new mechanisms for the protection of intellectual property rights, as well as stimulate innovation and creativity. However, the use of digital technologies raises some of the problems associated with the protection of intellectual property. The aim of the study is to identify the shortcomings of the classical system of intellectual property, to determine the direction of work to improve it. The research results can be applied in the process of developing and changing the intellectual property policy to eliminate the identified drawbacks |
