| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается и обосновывается внедрение ERP-системы на предприятии СОАО «Коммунарка» в целях сохранения лидирующих позиций фабрики на рынке кондитерских изделий, оптимизации процессов планирования и производства и, как следствие, повышения операционной эффективности и снижения издержек компании. В качестве рекомендуемой системы предлагается ERP-система «SAP S/4 HANA», включающая в себя множество современных технологичных решений и предоставляющая обширные возможности по управлению предприятием. Приводятся этапы внедрения системы, обзоры процессов планирования и производства с её использованием. В ходе исследования рассчитываются затраты на приобретение и использование системы, демонстрируется экономический эффект от её использования, даётся экономическое обоснование внедрения, что позволяет сделать вывод об оправданности данного решения |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses and justifies the implementation of an ERP system at the "Kommunarka" enterprise in order to maintain the leading position of the factory on the confectionery market, optimize the planning and production processes and, as a result, increase operational efficiency and reduce the company's costs. The recommended system is “SAP S/4 HANA” ERP-system, which includes a lot of modern technological solutions and provides extensive capabilities of enterprise management. The article also includes stages of implementation of the system and reviews of planning and production processes with its use. In the course of the study, the costs of purchasing and using the system are calculated, the economic effect of its use is demonstrated, and the economic justification of implementation is given, which allows us to conclude that this decision is profitable |
