| Abstract: | Темой исследования является проблема регулирования электронной торговли в ЕАЭС в рамках формирования цифровых экономик по всему миру. Приведены данные, свидетельствующие о значительной роли электронной торговли в мировой торговле и о сохраняющейся тенденции роста электронной торговли. Отмечены достижения в области регулирования электронной торговли странами-участницами ЕАЭС. Выделен ряд вопросов, требующих правового регулирования в странах ЕАЭС для развития электронной торговли, в том числе препятствующих интеграции стран ЕАЭС в контексте формирования единого Цифрового пространства ЕАЭС и необходимых для реализации проектов Цифровой повестки ЕАЭС. Приведены некоторые рекомендации по созданию нормативно-правовой базы в области электронной торговли в странах-участницах ЕАЭС |
| Abstract (in another language): | The theme of the study is the regulation of electronic commerce in EAEU as part of the formation of digital economies around the world. Data are presented that testify to the significant role of electronic commerce in world trade and the continuing trend of growth in electronic commerce. The achievements in the field of electronic trade regulation by the EAEU member countries were noted. A number of issues have been identified that require legal regulation in the EAEU countries for the development of electronic commerce, including those that impede the integration of the EAEU countries in the context of the formation of a single EAEU Digital Space and are necessary for the implementation of the EAEU Digital Agenda projects. Some recommendations on the creation of a regulatory framework in the field of electronic commerce in the EAEU member countries are given |
