| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты урегулирования территориального спора между Китайской Народной Республикой и Республикой Казахстан в 1990-х – начале 2000-х гг. Объект исследования – отношения между Китаем и Казахстаном. Целью исследования является раскрытие подходов сторон к территориальной проблеме, способов урегулирования территориальной проблемы, оценка значимости урегулирования территориальной проблемы для дальнейшего развития межгосударственных отношений между КНР и Республикой Казахстан. Научная новизна исследования заключается в использовании новых документов и экстраполяции последствий урегулирования территориального спора на общий характер китайско-казахстанских отношений. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в определении воздействия китайско-казахстанских переговоров о начертании Государственной границы на общий комплекс межгосударственных отношений в Евразии. Модель политико-переговорного процесса между КНР и Республикой Казахстан может быть использована при урегулировании других территориальных конфликтов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the main aspects of the settlement of the territorial dispute between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the 1990s and early 2000s.the Object of the study is the relationship between China and Kazakhstan. The purpose of the study is to reveal the approaches of the parties to the territorial problem, ways of resolving the territorial problem, and to assess the significance of resolving the territorial problem for the further development of interstate relations between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The scientific novelty of the study is the use of new documents and extrapolation of the consequences of the settlement of the territorial dispute on the General nature of Chinese-Kazakh relations. The practical significance of the study is to determine the impact of the China-Kazakhstan negotiations on the drawing of the State border on the overall complex of interstate relations in Eurasia. The model of the political and negotiation process between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Kazakhstan can be used in the settlement of other territorial conflicts |
