| Abstract: | This article focuses on the issue of protecting health data. Health data is classified as sensitive data that needs to be better protected to ensure privacy. Health data is provided by individuals both when visiting doctors and when using mobile applications. Health data is an important source of information which can be used for various purposes, including those related to the pandemic. However, the use of health data should be regulated by the law. The main issues addressed in this article are the use of health data and the legal instruments for its protection |
