| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются такие аспекты материального положения учителей средних учебных заведений в городах Беларуси, как заработная плата, дополнительные выплаты, жилищные условия. Подсчитана средняя заработная плата по средним учебным заведениям в городах Беларуси, ее изменение в конце ХІХ – начале ХХ в. Определены виды дополнительных выплат к жалованью учителей, а также удельный вес некоторых из них в общем денежном содержании учителя. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author of the article considers such aspects of the financial situation of teachers of secondary schools in the cities of Belarus as salaries, additional payments, housing conditions. The average wage for secondary schools in the cities of Belarus is calculated, its change at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th. The types of additional payments to teachers’ salaries, as well as the proportion of some of them in the total monetary content of the teacher are determined. |
