| Abstract (in another language): | The author shows the system of the Polish public order in the territory of Belarus in 1919–1921. The law enforcement institutions structure process and management flow, their competence and authority have been studied and designated. It’s the first time in the native historiography that the problem of the relationship between the civil administration and military authorities has been enlightened, and regional peculiarities of the police and provost corps’s activities have been revealed |
