| Abstract: | В результате осуществленной во второй половине XX века ревизии взглядов на производственный процесс фокус внимания экономического анализа сместился на нематериальные активы и индивида как их основного носителя. Рост социально-экономического запроса на инновации и осознание необходимости поддержки их создателей обусловили оформление новой социальной группы, названной креативным классом. Несмотря на сохраняющуюся дискуссионность в понимании его социального статуса, на креативный класс сделана большая ставка со стороны политической, экономической и интеллектуальной элит. В статье проанализированы имеющиеся для этого ресурсы и показана необходимость работы по их наращиванию. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The revision of views on the production process that took place in the second half of the XXth century shifted the focus of economic analysis to intangible assets and the individual as their main carrier. The growing importance of innovation and the economic demand for it and the awareness of the need to support their creators caused the emergence of a new social group – the creative class. Despite the debatable in understanding his social status, today a great stake has been placed on the creative class by political, economic and intellectual elites. The article analyzes the resources available for this and shows the need for work to build them. |
