| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу институтов алиментных обязательств в семейном праве Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь, как меры ответственности и последующего основания для признания лица недостойным наследником. В частности, раскрытию теоретических и практических проблем в правоприменении указанных институтов семейного и гражданского права двух стран. В статье анализируется нормы законодательства Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь, устанавливающие возможность отстранения лица от наследования ввиду злостного уклонения от исполнения, возложенных на лицо обязанностей по содержанию наследодателя |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the institutions of alimony obligations in the family law of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as a measure of responsibility and subsequent grounds for recognizing a person as an unworthy heir. In particular, the disclosure of theoretical and practical problems in the law enforcement of these institutions of family and civil law in the two countries. The article analyzes the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus establishing the possibility of removing a person from inheritance due to malicious evasion of the duties assigned to the person for the maintenance of the testator |
