| Abstract (in another language): | The author analyzes the latest changes made to the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family regarding the improvement of the provisions of the Marriage Agreement, the introduction of the Agreement on the division of property, which is the common joint property of the spouses, and the establishment of the possibility of concluding an Agreement on children out of court. Recommendations and proposals for improving the legislation were formulated based on the results of the study |
