| Abstract: | Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам правовой защиты женщин и детей, находившихся в зоне боевых действий. Раскрывается имеющийся международный механизм правового регулирования охраны прав этой категории субъектов. Авторами отмечаются некоторые проблемы, связанные с репатриацией жен и детей террористов, обосновывается необходимость совершенствования международных норм и российского законодательства в этой сфере управления, а также внутригосударственного механизма их реализации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to topical issues of legal protection of women and children who were in the war zone. The existing international mechanism of legal regulation of the protection of the rights of this category of subjects is revealed. The authors note some problems related to the repatriation of wives and children of terrorists, substantiate the need to improve international norms and Russian legislation in this area of management, as well as the domestic mechanism for their implementation |
