| Abstract: | В статье проведено исследование проблемы допустимости договорного регулирования личных неимущественных прав и обязанностей родителей в брачном договоре и соглашении о детях с учётом изменений и дополнений, внесённых в Кодекс Республики Беларусь о браке и семье Законом Республики Беларусь от 18 декабря 2019 г. № 277-З «Об изменении законов». Автор обосновала необходимость совершенствования законодательства о браке и семье в целях исключения дублирования содержания брачного договора и соглашения о детях, а также защиты прав и законных интересов несовершеннолетних детей |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the problem of admissibility of contractual regulation of personal non-property rights and obligations of parents in a marriage contract and an agreement on children, taking into account the changes and additions made to the Marriage and Family Code the Republic of Belarus by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated December 18, 2019 No. 277-З «On changes laws». The author substantiates the need to improve the legislation on marriage and family in order to avoid duplication of the content of the marriage contract and the agreement on children, as well as to protect the rights and legitimate interests of minor children |
