| Abstract: | Рассматриваются существующие в научной литературе и общественном мнении аргументы по вопросу сохранения и отмены тайны усыновления в законодательстве о браке и семье. Вносятся предложения по совершенствованию данного режима в интересах наиболее оптимального сочетания частных и публичных интересов в сфере брачно-семейных отношений. Предлагается наделение в определенных случаях биологических родителей правом ходатайствования перед судом о раскрытии тайны усыновления |
| Abstract (in another language): | The existing in the scientific literature and public opinion arguments on the issue of preserving and abolishing the secrecy of adoption in the legislation on marriage and the family are considered. The improvement of this regime in the interests of the most optimal combination of private and public interests in the field of marriage and family relations is proposed. The endowing biological parents with the right to file a petition to the court for disclosure of the secret of adoption with in certain circumstances is suggested |
