| Abstract: | В статье анализируется работа редакций региональных медиа Витебской области в условиях цифровизации. Приводятся результаты оценки эффективности деятельности 24 государственных региональных медиа в интернете, а также итоги анкетирования 19 руководителей СМИ. Выявляются стратегии организации работы редакций в цифровой среде. Систематизируется и обобщается опыт работы локальных медиа в проекции технологических инноваций. Цель статьи состоит в том, чтобы выявить основные направления трансформации работы журналистов региональных СМИ в цифровой среде и сформулировать ряд научно обоснованных рекомендаций для повышения эффективности и конкурентоспособности местных газет в условиях цифровизации. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the work of the newsrooms of Vitebsk Region media in the context of digitalization. The article presents the results of assessing the effectiveness of the activities of 24 state regional media on the Internet, as well as the results of a survey of 19 media heads. Strategies for organizing the work of editorial offices in the digital environment are identified. The experience of local media in the projection of technological innovations is systematized and summarized. The purpose of the article is to identify the main directions of transformation of the work of regional media journalists in the digital environment and to formulate a number of scientifically based recommendations to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of local newspapers in the context of digitalization. |
