Abstract: In the present paper the quantum theory for a scalar field model has been considered by the author in terms of the measurability concept introduced in his previous works. This theory is studied within the scope of the lattice approach. It is shown that the perturbation theory for such a model at the energies E ≪ Ep leads to the completely finite contributions into the loop amplitudes of all physical processes, and also to finite values of both bare and experimental (i.e. renormalized) quantities associated with the above-mentioned energy region. Besides, it is demonstrated that a continuum limit of the lattice model includes no ultra-violet divergences.
