| Abstract: | The results of studying residual-gas cryosorption by freezedout water vapours are given. It is shown that vacuum of about 10-7 Torr can be reached when water vapour is cooled down to liquid nitrogen temperatures. Simple methods for self-vacuuming of the interspace in Dewar vessels (cryogenic tanks) and for pumping to a high «оіl-fгее» vacuum by cryosorption evacuation are suggested |
