| Abstract: | Morphology of the 8—10-th abdominal segments of the 17 palearctic genera of Chrysomelinae has been studied. The types of genitalia are described. The ancestral forms of genitalia are separated. The phylogenetic position of the Chrysomelinae genitalia along with the genitalia of the other leaf-beetles subfamilies is discussed |
