Abstract:	Статья посвящена проблемам выстраивания национальной институциональной системы «мягкой силы». Автор рассматривает ключевые основания и ресурсы «мягкой силы», а также проводит анализ «мягкой силы» ряда зарубежных государств (США, Франция, ФРГ). В результате анализа, а также краткого обзора основных направлений реализации «мягкой силы» Республики Беларусь автором выработаны возможные пути стимулирования развития отечественной системы «мягкой силы»
Abstract (in another language):	The article is devoted to the problems of building a national system of soft power institutions. The author examines the key foundations and resources of "soft power", also analyzes the soft power approaches of a number of foreign states (USA, France, Germany). As a result of the analysis, as well as a brief overview of the main directions of the implementation of soft power in the Republic of Belarus, the author has developed possible ways to stimulate the development of the domestic soft power system
