| Abstract: | In the article the epistles of Ignatius, bishop of Antioch, are analysed. Special attention is paid to the Ignatius church docitine as well as to the problem of dating the epistles. The author shares the opinion of those researchers who think that Ignatius epistles reflect the situation in Christianity not at the beginning of the 2nd Century but in 160-170 |
