| Abstract: | Equations for forecasting altitude, direction and rate of movement of a radioactive cloud for the next twenty-four hours have been obtained. To evaluate a trans-border transfer of radionuclides, methods of using bar topography maps and weather maps are proposed. Some ways of decreasing negative consequences of trans-border pollution by preventive methods of radiation protection of population are suggested |
