Abstract: The possibility of increasing the electron transfer rate constant as a result of ultrasound influence on homogenious redox reactions in aqueous solution has been theoretically shown. It has been found that the acceleration factor of ultrasound influence (y) increases linearly with rising the ultrasound intensity (J). At the further increase in J, this dependence of у on J is replaced by sharper y, exp ( √J) dependence more expressed under conditions of ultrasonic cavitation
