| Abstract: | В результате проведенных исследований у пациентов с хроническими инфекциями мочеполовой системы были выявлена Gardnerella vaginalis в виде моноинфекции и в сочетании с другими микроорганизмами (Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp, Staphylococcus aureus). Было установлено, что при моноинфекции наблюдается более значительное снижение количества Lactobacillus spp., чем при микстинфекции. Gardnerella vaginalis как в виде моноинфекции, так и сочетании с различными возбудителями обладает разнонаправленной чувствительностью к исследуемым антибиотикам. При смешанной инфекции устойчивость к ряду антибиотиков увеличивается |
| Abstract (in another language): | As a result of studies in patients with chronic infections of the reproductive system, Gardnerella vaginalis was identified as a monoinfection and in combination with other microorganisms (Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp, Staphylococcus aureus). It was found that with monoinfection, there is a more significant decrease in the number of Lactobacillus spp, than with mixed infection. Gardnerella vaginalis, as a mono- and mixed infection with various pathogens, has multidirectional sensitivity to the studied antibiotics. With mixed infections, resistance to a number of antibiotics increases |
