| Abstract: | Объектом исследования работы являются схемы обращения с твердыми коммунальными отходами в Республике Беларусь и Федеративной Республике Германия. Была проанализирована нормативная база и политика в области управления отходами двух государств. Далее были рассмотрены все этапы поступления коммунальных отходов от потребителя на мусороперерабатывающие организации для дальнейшей переработки или же захоронения. После подробного рассмотрения были определены основные недостатки существующей системы обращения с коммунальными отходами в Республике Беларусь. Разработаны предложения по совершенствованию системы обращения с коммунальными отходами с возможностью применения зарубежного опыта для нашей страны |
| Abstract (in another language): | The object of the study is the scheme of solid municipal waste management in the Republic of Belarus and the Federal Republic of Germany. The regulatory framework and waste management policies of the two countries were analyzed. Further, all stages of receipt of municipal waste from the consumer to waste processing organizations for further processing or disposal were considered. After a detailed review, the main drawbacks of the existing municipal waste management system in the Republic of Belarus were identified. Proposals have been developed to improve the system of municipal waste management with the possibility of applying foreign experience for our country |
