| Abstract: | С учетом существующих ключевых приоритетов структурной политики Республики Беларусь рассмотрен механизм государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) как способ совершенствования управления государственной собственностью. Выделены правовые формы осуществления ГЧП применительно к опыту развития экономических отношений в нашей стране, сформулированы выводы относительно выбора оптимальной формы ГЧП на основе отличий ГЧП от иных форм взаимодействия государства и частного бизнеса |
| Abstract (in another language): | Taking into account the existing key priorities of the structural policy of the Republic of Belarus, the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP) has been considered as a way to improve the management of state property. The legal forms of PPP implementation in relation to the experience of economic relations development in our country have been identified. Conclusions have been formulated on the choice of the optimal form of PPP based on the differences of PPP from other forms of interaction between the state and private business |
