| Abstract: | Основное внимание уделяется разработке научно-методологических основ цифровой трансформации системы высшего образования в Республике Беларусь. Изложены правовые основы стратегии цифровизации высшей школы. Раскрыта авторская трактовка методологии цифровой трансформации системы высшего образования с учетом характера Европейских рекомендаций о восьми ключевых компетенциях XXI в. Определены базовые приоритеты цифровой трансформации системы высшего образования. Сформулированы дидактические единицы цифрового модуля образовательных программ, их содержательное наполнение. Раскрыты задачи, направления цифровизации высшей школы как структурного базиса строительства национальной экономики знаний |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological foundations for the digital transformation of the higher education system in the Republic of Belarus. The legal basis for digitalization of higher education is outlined. The author's interpretation of the methodology of digital transformation of the higher education system is revealed, taking into account the nature of the European recommendations on the eight key competencies of the XXI century. The basic priorities of digital transformation of the higher education system are defined. The didactic units of the digital module of educational programs and their content content are formulated. The tasks and directions of digitalization of higher education as a basis for building a national knowledge economy are revealed |
