| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрена практика применения антидемпинговых мер в целях защиты внутренних рынков стран-участниц СНГ и ЕАЭС, показано явное несовпадение экономических интересов отдельных стран-участниц интеграционных объединений с ключевыми стратегическими целями создания региональных интеграционных группировок. Отмечается необходимость согласования норм и правил применения антидемпинговых мер защиты национальных рынков с учетом реальных интересов стран-участниц интеграционных блоков и специфических особенностей их экономик на этапах перехода к полноценным рыночным условиям экономической деятельности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers the practice of applying anti-dumping measures to protect the internal markets of the CIS and EEU member States. It shows that the economic interests of individual countries participating in integration associations do not coincide with the key strategic goals of creating regional integration groups. It is noted that it is important and necessary to clarify and harmonize the rules and regulations for applying anti-dumping protection measures taking into account the real interests of the countries participating in the integration blocks, taking into account the specific features of their economies at the stages of transition to full-fledged market conditions of economic activity |
